  1. Layout a rectangle the size of the ellipse cord length and ellipse arch height.
  2. Snap blue lines from left to right using the Ellipse X Axis dimensions.
  3. Snap red lines from top to bottom of the rectangle using the Ellipse Y Axis dimensions.
  4. Snap black lines for the cutting plane hips where the blue & red lines progressively intersect.
  5. Snap black lines between the end points of the cutting plane hips to form the valley of the ellipse.
